This modern hotel blends into lovely scenery in the region of Psalidi in the north of the island of Kos. The airport is just 30 kilometres away, and the centre of the historic city of Kos is at a distance of 3 kilometres. The bus-service (the bus stops directly in front of the hotel), and the bicycle lane that leads to the city make getting around easy. The distance to the beach is 250 metres.
This well-kept holiday complex has a total of 168 pleasant comfortably-equipped rooms, comprising complete bathroom plus hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, air-conditioning (July/August), radio, fridge, balcony or terrace.
The AI programme consists of early breakfast (05:00-07:00, pre-booked), American breakfast (07:30-10:00), late breakfast (10:00-11:00), lunch (12:00-14:00) and dinner (18:30-21:00), all served in the main restaurant. There is also late arrivals dinner between 21:00 & 01:00 which consists of cold buffet plus soups or cold plates in the room. During meals juices, milk, tea, filter coffee, house wine (white, rose, red), draught beer, cola, orangeade, lemonade and water are offered (all by the glass). The Zorbas restaurant is open 6 days a week (upon reservation) for lunch (12:00-14:00) and dinner (19:00-21:00). A variety of snacks (with ham & cheese) is available at the main bar between 14:00 & 16:00. AI drinks include soft drinks, water, draught beer, house wine (white, rose, red), standard hot beverages and decaffeinated coffee as well as a selection of local and international standard drinks, aperitifs, liqueurs, spirits, digestives and cocktails (all by the glass). The main bar is open between 10:00-01:00 (last order 23:45) and the disco is open 3 days a week (last order 23:45), subject to the animation programme.
Aside of the standard Iberostar day & night animation programmes, the following sport activities are offered without additional charges: tennis court use (with deposit), table-tennis (with deposit), archery, boccia, aerobics, water-gymnastics etc. There is also a play-land centre for children within the complex. The use of the sun beds and umbrellas at the hotel pools is free.
Water sports, scuba diving, tennis lessons, sauna, billiards, sun beds & umbrellas at the beach and safety box are available at a charge.
There is a special section for children in the swimming-pool; children's park; night-time baby-sitter service (on request, and with charge). Access available to the Play land in the hotel Iberostar Kipriotis Panorama.
This modern hotel comprises two buildings. The main one holds the reception with currency exchange, car and bicycle hire, a lounge with satellite TV, and the lobby. A large outdoor swimming-pool with a separated section for children, with sunshades and deck-chairs available be free of charge for guests, plus an indoor heated swimming-pool (open May and October), sauna; fitness-room, mini-market; large well-cared gardens, conference room for 150 people, Fitness room, sauna, tennis courts, basketball, games and competitions. There is a disco in the hotel that is open daily in high season and 3 times a week the rest of the season. Full entertainment programme (daytime and night-time), with the entertainment team, dancing, and professional shows.
Lunch could be served either at the main restaurant or at Zorbas restaurant depending on the participants. Guests are kindly asked not to reserve sunbeds & umbrellas with towels or other items during longer periods of absence.
