Iberostar El Fatimi is located directly on a beautiful beach of fine, white sand, just 4 km away from the provincial capital of Mahdia and 1 km from the nearest village, Hiboun. Hotel is situated in a quiet area and has a pleasant family atmosphere with wide range of activities and entertainment facilities.
The hotel has been partially renovated and has pleasantly fitted-out rooms with bath, shower, WC, air conditioning (July/August), telephone, satellite TV, safety deposit box, refrigerator and balcony or terrace. Rooms with a sea view can also be reserved.

In addition there is Restaurant Chalalat serving Late Breakfast (10:00-11:30) and Dinner in Tunisian Menu (18:30-21:30) and Restaurant Nejma serving Dinner with Italian Menu (19:00-21:30). Snack/ Pool Bar is open from 11:30-15:00 offering pasta, pizza and Hamburgers and Beach Bar from 12:00-15:30 serving grilled Merguez and Frankfurter. Lobby Bar is open between 15:30-17:00 (serving coffee, tea, cakes) and Snacks from 17:00-18:30 and 21:30-24:00. There are six bars serving locally produced drinks including local beer and wine, soft drinks, water, tea, coffee at various times from 09:00-02:00.
