The hotel is located extremely close to the bay of Font de Sa Cala and around 4 km from the centre of Cala Ratjada. The guests can easily visit every part of the island with public bus service and mini train.
The hotel has spacious and comfortable rooms, decorated with taste and care that offer to the guests all necessary facilities to make them feel like home. Type S for 1 to 3 people, with telephone, safety deposit box, music channel, combined living-bedroom with bed settee, kitchenette, bath, shower, WC and balcony or terrace (children's cots available on an extra charge). Type A1 for 2 to 4 people, identical to type S, with the addition of a separate bedroom. The living units overlooking the street also have air conditioning. Cleaning service 6 times a week, change of linen every 3 days, included in price.
The AI programme consists of breakfast (08:00-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:00) and dinner (18:45-21:00), all in buffet style. Breakfast & dinner are served in the main restaurant; lunch at the pool bar. During meals refreshments, water, red & white wine and beer are offered as well as coffee, tea & juices during breakfast (from machines). Snacks such as sandwiches, cakes, etc are available from 10:00-14:00, 15:30-16:30 & 21:00 to midnight at the swimming pool bar, the show bar & the bar salon. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks are served from 10:00 to midnight at the pool bar (10:00-17:30), the bar salon (17:30-23:30), at the discotheque (20:30-24:00) and at the show bar.
In the hotel you can find a table tennis, volleyball, exercises and rifle shooting. On extra charge there is: billiards, 2 clay tennis courts, water sports on the beach (sailing, surfing, diving), mountain bikes and riding nearby. The hotel offers to its guests an entertainment programme, dancing, competitions etc. The swimming pool with children's pool is in the grounds, as is the sun terrace with free sun loungers and parasols (extra charge on the beach), playground, pool bar with terrace and dance floor. In summer the shows in the evening take place here. There is also a Mini Club for children (from 4 years of age).

This modern complex has 203 living units in several two-storey buildings. In the main building there is a lift to the air-conditioned non-smoker restaurant and the pool bar, a bar with lounge and satellite TV corner, a supermarket and automatic coin-operated washing machines.
